Annsco Care Solutions was founded by nurses who recognised a gap in the quality of clinical training available to care staff. Having worked across NHS trusts and private healthcare settings for many years, our founders understood first-hand the difference that well-trained, confident staff make to patient outcomes.

We set out to create a training company that puts clinical excellence at its heart — one where every course is designed and delivered by nurses who have lived the realities of complex care, not just studied them.

Today we work with NHS organisations, service providers and Personal Health Budget holders across the country, developing bespoke training and competency assessment programmes that genuinely make a difference.
